Change Color of Chart DOM $ values

Hello I changed the background to white and because of that I had to change the chart values on the right chart to black to display them. I then added DOM Chart but then the values changed to white color. Could you help me change their color to black?

I am sorry but I have tried and changed colors of every single line that starts with 'Chart DOM' in the Graphic settings.Still no luck changing the $ values on the scale. I am confused and a little frustrated. Any help is appreciated

You need to change the color of the "Chart DOM Values Scale Text".

If you are changing this color and it is not working, then most likely you are not changing the item in the correct location. There are both Global and Chart specific graphics settings. So if it is not working in one, try the other. Refer to the following:
