Hello, My live AMP account (Teton) is now connected, but I am not receiving any market data — no bids/offers on the DOM or charts updating. AMP told me that my data authorization must also be enabled by Sierra Chart. My Trading Account #: 210868 Broker: AMP Futures Service: Teton CME Order Routing Please confirm that my CME real-time data (with market depth) is enabled. Thank you! |

AMP told me that my data authorization must also be enabled by Sierra Chart.
It never ceases to amaze us what AMP support will state. There is nothing on our end that we need to enable or authorize. You take care of setting up and deciding which exchanges you activate in order to get real-time data. We see that you have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, and everything looks good for your account. So you should not have any issues with the data from that exchange.
