Hello Support,
I have downloaded Sierra Chart. My next step was to download R|Trader Pro. The issue is that R|Trader Pro is not downloading because there is an error message that says the software cannot download because another program has not completed its download. This message has been showing up for hours now and Sierra Chart is the only software I have downloaded. Shouldn't Sierra Chart download be done hours ago? I have switched systems in the past and never had this issue. Can you help me troubleshoot this please.
