FYI: Support Scale In/Out are checked....maintain same qty for OCO is checked... Noticed lately that depending or entry order bracket orders are often get split... example = if full position is 4, enter 1 long on a buy limit, 1 on a buy stop, 2 at market, the bracket orders end up as separate orders at certain times, not every time but its inconsistent grouping to have all 4 as a grouped stop or target. problem is in adjustments...if I manually adjust the stop...its not always 1 order ...can be split 3/1, 2/2... if auto trail kicks in 1 order is left behind....can this be fixed so that all additional orders add to the existing stop target as 1 order, therefore adjustments are 1 time, whether manual or auto? |

This is completely impossible for us to follow along and understand. It is a level of analysis that we will just not do. We see you are also using CQG adding further complexity. This is just not something we are going to get involved with. You are misunderstanding something, or not doing something according to the documentation, or there is some further problems introduced by CQG. Thank you for enlightening response. I can assure you that my question was not intended to aggravate, merely point out what I am experiencing with YOUR software to which I have subscribed for 8 years. I will deep dive into the manual as I am certain that the only possible explanation must be my error, or perhaps I have imagined the scenario entirely, or better yet, created it just so I could you aggravate you.

Our recommendation is to do testing in Trade Simulation Mode: Trade Simulation And also enable Order Confirmations, so you can see clearly whether Scale Out or Scale In is being used. And there are also options affecting this functionality: Global Settings >> General Settings >> Scale In/Out Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
