Discount trading (IronBeam) data problem

It was working fine until last week. For some reason, I am getting denied permission on data I am using discount trading rithmic for order routing and denali for data I get this message Let me know what I am doing wrong |

The information we have related to the "Permission Denied" error is at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure We want to point out that you are NOT setup to get any real-time data from us from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You did have an exchange active in August, but you deactivated it on August 15, 2025. You would still have received the data through the end of August, as you had already paid for that exchange, but then you would no longer get the data starting on September 1, 2025. But, this means that you would then be getting the data from Rithmic. If this is what you want, then this is fine. Just be aware that this could be part of the reason for the "Permission Denied" error, and also that Rithmic has a lack of historical data. Its been fixed. Thank you so much. I changed my broker and did not know it got deactivated
