Hi I have been trying to resolve a SC issue on my charts and have made everything worse, including loosing my market depth and price connection.. Are there fee based technical services that provide remote login for a thrid party to relsove, as I fear any further attempts by me will only compound teh trouble. MAny thanks |

Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Personal Assistance Although we did have a problem with a recent release in terms of Recent Bid/Ask volumes and Pulling/Stacking volumes not showing correctly. We recommend updating to the latest release first and see if that resolves your issues.
