Hi User449884, you would need to be on one of SP10, SP11 or SP12 in order to activate Real-time Futures or Stock Data: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages I see you are on SP5 right now, you can convert your SP5 Usage Time into SP11 Usage Time by activating an SP11 option in this way here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package (the conversion ratio is the relevant price ratio) Also I can make this conversion for you, please let me know. |
