Hello Spent all day troubleshooting. Trying to trade NQ micros. First time. I usually trade the Emini, no issues I am putting my limit order in on the NQ Micros chart , like I always would for any other instrument But sierra rejects the order and it dissapears. Thought it was a data feed, nope. I went over to ES, order placed no problem Checked NQ mini, no problem, order populates no issues. This is ONLY on the Micro NQ. I have isolated the problem, but have no idea how to fix. Can you help me? I am forced to use rithmic, its never been an issue, but its ONLY MNQ thats doing this, all other isntruments are fine.

I thought it was a version issue, upgraded to newest release, but still a problem Odd its only with NQ Micro, NQ mini is fine. Emini is fine, ES micro is fine...

message log when it comes up. Like I said I tested in SIM, then back to Emini , NQ mini, ES micro, and NQ Micro ALL execute orders except NQ Micro.

You are not authorized to trade that product. This is noted by this line in the log: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order reject). Info: Order can be placed by administrators only. Internal Order ID... so in the bottom of the message log it says "orders can be placed by admnistrators only" why is it giving that error for only one certain instrument
