Hi, I am back testing a strategy but for some the symbols I am only getting up to 2 months of data, even for historical data. But for some I can access all the history. Things that I have already done. 1-Increase the Days to load 2-Use date range and tried to change the date to more than 2 months. It automatically changes to 2 months. 3-Increase the 1-tick Intraday download limit to more than a year. 4-Delete all data and download Symbols that I am experiencing this for. BMNR,DFDV,HYPD,NAKA,BNC I am using Integrated Advanced Service Any Insights would be really helpful |

We checked BMNR and the data goes back to June 5, 2025. This is all that is available. Maybe it existed under a different symbol previously.

For BNC the data goes back to 2025-08-06. Either this is a new symbol, certainly it is a new symbol, but it might have existed under a different symbol previously.

For BMNR, I can see data upto 2022 in tradingview and tc2000. I did find this article: BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (OTC: BMNR), previously known as Sandy Springs Holdings, Inc., announced its name change and new ticker symbol approved by FINRA on March 3, 2022. The company is transitioning to a Bitcoin hosting center utilizing immersion cooling technology, which enhances efficiency by up to 95%. It recently signed its first client under a three-year hosting agreement, achieving a revenue-positive status in Q2 2022. The management believes these changes reflect the company's new direction focused on providing institutional quality hosting for Bitcoin miners. So it was not something recent. |

We apologize for the delay. We did some checking, and we compared to IQ Feed which is a good reference for questions like this. The starting date IQ Feed has for BMNR is the same as Sierra Chart. They have no additional data. And also IQ Feed has no data for Sandy Springs Holdings, Inc. (SSHI). The same as Sierra Chart. We have no data for this either.
