Hi, today real time data stopped working for my account. I'm not sure why. Thanks Sean.

Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. You need to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Since you had previously filled out the agreements for the CME Group, you just need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link:

Hi John - thanks. Does this mean I can/should remove my Service Package 10 - Integrated Standard - 36 USD / Month and only select the Denali Exhange Data Feeds I'm seeking? Thanks again.

You need the package in order to be able to use Sierra Chart at all. So you can not remove the package.

You just need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. We see that you have activated two exchanges, but you have since deactivated them. So they will not renew on August 1, 2025. If you want them to automatically renew, then you will need to activate them before then and ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the exchange fees on August 1, 2025.
