I don't seem to be properly connected to my Ironbeam trading service.

When I try to place a live trade, Trade Simulation Mode keeps coming back on automatically.

You are not connected to your trading service, which is why the system keeps putting you back into Simulation Mode.

What trading service are you setup to use with Ironbeam? Once we know this then we can point you to the proper instructions.
