Add Symbol Alert - Chat w/chart image captured

Hi, I'm using alerts system with the webpage. Great system, thanks. I have a doubt. I have configured an alert that sends a captured image of a chart whenever is triggered. When the alert is configured as part of a study, the capture is sent. Perfect. But I have that same alert as a symbol alert (Crossing or Equal to), and I setup the symbol alert cliking directly on the chart. When the alert is triggered, I see the alert in the webpage, but the captured image of the chart is not sent. Same alert; "study" sends the picture; "symbol alert" does not; rest of features of the alert are working ok (sound, alert log,...) Am I doing anything wrong? Or is it possible that the chart is not sent because a "Symbol alert" is not associated to a specific chart? In that case, could you please incorporate an option for "Symbol alert" to associate it to a specific chart? Thank you! |
