My workaround for this: Find the custom color you would like to add. Make a note of the RGB value. Then click in one of the spots not already taken up by other custom colors you may have. Then manually type in numbers for red, green and blue. Then click 'Add to custom colors'.

Not sure about this. That particular Color Selector window is from the Windows operating system.
