You have a couple of off the shelf options, but OctoPi Trader is pretty good for automating and testing strategies. They are listed on Sierra Chart's website under the other websites section in this link https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/OtherSitesLinks.php

There are several ways to automate trading with Sierra Chart. From simple systems using existing studies, to spreadsheets, and custom ACSIL studies, simple and complex systems are possible.
