I created the following Custom Symbol in SC for the 1:1 RB.CL Crack Spread: 42*{RB-202508-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202508-NYMEX}. Symbol name is using the Interactive Brokers naming convention. The chart title in SC is 42*{RB-202508-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202508-NYMEX}[FSC]. The symbol in Chart Settngs is 42*{RB-202508-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202508-NYMEX}. The chart displays correctly in SC. No issues there. When I try saving the chart using Edit >> Screen Images >> Save Chart to File with Header, the message log is showing "Error saving the image file: C:\SierraChart\Images\42*{RB-202508-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202508-NYMEX}[FSC]#28-2025-07 13_54_36587.png. The file will not save because of the special characters in the Custom Symbol name. Is there a field in Custom Symbol/Chart settings that will allow an alternative symbol name in Chart Settings so the image file can be saved? Is there another way to save the image file? Copy to Clipboard? Thanks in advance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-07-12 17:33:43
