Rithmic trading with Sierra data. I have one chartbook open with multiple charts, two of which are currently visible, plus a separate DOM. I noticed a spurious order on my DOM and thought I must have accidentally clicked the ladder at some point. Funny thing was, I always use attached orders and it was just a naked position. When I flattened it I noticed that a different order popped up on one of the chartbooks. I cancelled that, and now each time I flatten, the order pops up on the other window. I cancelled all orders in the separate trade window but the problem persists. Video available upon request. Weird! |

Most likely you are missing an order fill related to that position (either opening or closing the position). It is also possible that the time you define for the "Order Fills Start Date-Time" is set such that the orders for that position is cutting one of the fills out. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Solving Inaccurate Trade Statistics for Charts Field Values For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
