cancel second reload of the Historical Chart?

Can we cancel or prevent the second reload of the Historical chart when changing the symbol from an intraday chart? my chart are linked and when changing symbol from the historical chart no second reload work fine! when changing symbol from the Intraday chart there is a second reload after couple sec on the historical chart..really anoying..even if my historical chart is #1 thx to help.. |

We are not following this exactly. In particular, changing the symbol has no impact on whether a chart is an Intraday or an Historical chart. Are you referring to changing the Bar Period? Also, what exactly are you seeing in terms of loading twice? If you can get us images of the particular items you are seeing, it would help us to understand what may be occurring. here a picture of what i'm seeing it is not a big deal but i don't understand why it is doing that ...kindly annoying for my overlay that run only at (!sc.IsFullRecalculation).

We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. You might have a study that is dependent on the other chart and therefore a reload is being done after the intraday chart is complete. Or it could be something to do with the custom study you have on the chart. here is the chartbook that i use in the video! (sierra chart is all default this is why i reinstall it(V.2773) for the test to keep it simple...)

We are able to see this and reproduce it. It looks like it is caused by the timing on updates to the charts. The Daily chart has to wait for data to update for the Intraday chart in order to ensure that the Daily chart is up to date with the latest information. It then reloads 10 seconds later in order to ensure that the information is available.
