helloo, is this possible to notmalise charts in premarkets so there will not be such shadows starting from 08 00 until open 09 30 ? on nasdaq/nyse/amex/ look today for safx.nq ticker as example |

What you are seeing is the data as we get it from the exchange. We do not know why those bars show as they do, but we do not want to change it, as this is the official data we receive.

but is there posibility to filter them out like other trading platforms do? das platform or sterling also get this data from exchange, but they have posibility to filter them.

No. We are not going to tinker around with the filtering. Inevitably we would end up filtering trades that should not be filtered. The filtering rules are followed according to industry specifications and it is done right.
