2nd PC won't connect to Ironbeam

This is a new corporate account and we want to have 24/7 cover, so we have one Sierra in the US and one in Asia. The 1st installation in the US is perfect Teton_Damali-Ironbeam. The 2ne install in Asia is not connecting and trying to follow Sierra's instruction manual does not help as there are parts missing. For example, Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings on the menu... easy In the list of Service Settings in the Data/Trade Service Settings window, enter your correct Data or Trading service Username and Password in the corresponding boxes. THIS IS MISSING. I get this error message when I open Sierra... Connection error message from service: Teton CME Routing, Connection error: No trade accounts assigned. I was thinking this is a problem at IronBeam but they say it's not. I used Chart GPT to do a step by step installation again and GPT's conclusion was this cannot be fixed on my PC, it needs IronBeam to connect. However GPT also said there is often an error in the 2nd copy with a file missing. Before I consider that, I need to know if the problem is indeed IronBeam havs not connected the 2nd PC though they believe they have. If this is the case, is it possible for you to contact IronBeam and explain to them what they need to do? I feel like I am chasing ghosts here with the missing Username and Password in Sierra's support page, so I get stuck there straight away. IronBeam have not convinced me the error is not at their end. GPT also referred to a missing file possibility in the 2nd copy. To recap, Sierra in the USA is connected perfectly to Ironbeam. In Asia Sierra #2 is a problem every way. Can you identify where the problem is, and if it is Ironbeam contact them? Can you provide remote support for PC 2? Please help get this nailed down and solved. PS: Under LIST, there is no list of brokers. If I disconnect Teton, I see a list of brokers. For some reason IronBeam is not on that list. |

When you have "Teton CME Routing" selected as the "Current Selected Service", then select the "Apply" button at the bottom to ensure that this selection is applied. Then open the list for "Clearing Firm". You should have a list of possible clearing firms, including the option for "Ironbeam". Let us know if it is not actually there, and if you can take a screenshot, it would be helpful to us. Note that there is no Username/Password that gets entered when using Teton. The connection is made on our backend based on your Account Name. Sierra connected green, then I click on Teton CME and it disconnects when I hit Apply All. Clicking on List does nothing - there is no list of brokers. I can't upload the file |

Attached is an image of what you should see when you select the list for the "Clearing Firm". Make sure you are selecting the area to the right of the words "Clearing Firm (List)", just above the word "No" in your image. There is no reason for that list to be blank, which is why we wonder if this is about selecting the correct location. Please let us know if you get this worked out or if it continues to be blank.
