ES chart updates and trades but MES does not

I can trade live from the Trade window on me ES charts but when I change a chart to MES it does say MES at the top of the chart but the chart does not update and the trade window on simulation only fills at the last price on the chart which is not current. How can I fix this to trade MES. I have been trading ES live without any problems. Thanks

How are you changing the chart to MES?

Duplicate an ES chart then change the symbol to MES

And you are not getting any data in that MES chart?
