hi guys. I have bought the $46 package and also paid $10 extra for the live data (I only need CME and COMEX) but the pricing is still delayed. I have bought these two for the past 6 months or so without any issue. Can someone please advise? Thanks in advance. |

The exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2025, as your account was expired at that time. You need to specifically activate the exchanges you want since you have renewed your package.
