Update the API Connection

God morning. I can not trade as the DOM's are not working. I've spent much time this morning isolating the problem and it appears that Sierra Chart has not updated the API Connection. Is this being rectified? Please advise. Thank you.

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? Note that our servers are showing that you are connected to CQG, and we do not have connectivity with CQG for data from the CME Group and EUREX. The issue is now resolved. I was having the same problem folks across the country were having this morning. All appears resolved. Thank you.
