I am using preset share quantities with attached orders to enter positions with a fixed risk unit. Once a position is entered, I find myself manually clicking the DOM to extend my target or tighten it, depending on how markets evolve. Question: is it possible to build a button (for example sitting on a control bar) that would instantly x2 the current target? x1.5, x0.5 and so forth... If so, how? I have tinkered with the study called "Trade Management by Study" to no avail. This is for scalping, in situations where time to scroll the DOM, mentally calculate where a x2 target would be then click that price, is limited. |

There is not a built-in way to do this. There are trading control bar buttons for moving a Target/Stop up or down 1 tick at a time, but not X2 the current distance from the parent order. To do this, you would need to create a custom study in which you can have a control bar button to have it do what you want.
