You did add $36.00 3 times to your account. One of these was used to activate the package you have, therefore you currently have $72.00 in your Services Surplus. It looked like this occurred while you were trying to setup the automatic payments, as you must have selected the option for "Pay and Setup Automatic Payments" instead of the option to just setup the automatic payments. Keep in mind that you originally activated Package 5 and then changed to Package 11. Package 11 costs $46.00 per month. Your next renewal date is August 1, 2025. You do have the automatic payments setup as well, so if you do not have enough funds in your account about 2 weeks prior to the renewal, your card will be charged at that time. Let us know how much of the $72.00 you want us to refund and we will take care of it.
