Hello I contacted AMP futures got my CQG usernames and passwords but I can't seem to log in through Sierra charts, they said to ask you guys have you enabled the connection with amp futures from your end for my account, thanks in advance

There is nothing we need to do to allow for connectivity to CQG. Follow the instructions at the following link to connect: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you get an error when connecting to CQG, then we would need to know the error.
