Hi, I am trying to setup a demo trading account and I am following the Sierra chart setup instructions. I am trying to connect the data feed as per No5 on the instuructions but I am unable to "connect to Data feed". The instructions advise to contact sierra chart support should this problem arise. Could you please advise further Thanks |

If you are unable to select "Connect to Data Feed" since it is grayed out, then this means that you are already connected and you do not need to do that specific step. If it is something else, then we need more information on what you are doing.
