I have noticed that on my tpo chart, price will often have passed a price by approx. 6-10 ticks before a single print is registered and appears on the chart. Is there anyway of having the single print appear much sooner after it has occurred. This will greatly enable me to tighten my entries and trade with a smaller risk.
For example, on todays 6b following the gbp gdp data, price fell sharply and multiple single prints were printed on my morning custom chart, however the price was already almost 10 ticks further down before the single print was drawn.
I know that my internet is very fast and I have the data via cable and not wifi.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

A single cannot be identified until the next sub-period has started. Therefore, there will almost always be a delay. The way to overcome this would be to use a smaller sub-period time. Refer to the following:
