I’ve subscribed to the 1-year Package 11 with NYMEX Market Depth.

Why my Data/Trade Service Settings only show SC Data - Data, and not SC Data - All Services. Could someone advise on how to resolve this, please?

The entry for "SC Data - All Services" was changed a few releases ago to just be "SC Data". It is the same connection point, just a slightly different name.
