What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method" set to? If it is set to "Use Date Range", then also need to know what "Date Range From" and "Date Range To" in the section for "Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range" are set to. Pleasde note that I am unable to change "Data Range In Fle To" as it set to READ ONLY. In short I do not understand what you need me to do. The chart is still static while the Profile is working fine

The image you gave us was what we were looking for. We are not sure what you mean by "The chart is still static while the Profile is working fine". The one thing we do see from the latest image is that the chart on the right in the image is scrolled back to June 13, 2024. So it is not showing the current bar.
