We want to point out that if you are wanting to change to one of the "Base" packages, in order to continue to learn/practice, then follow these instructions to change your package:

If you are not going to be using Sierra Chart at this time, and you do want a refund, then please post this in the Account Support Tickets at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets

Be sure to specify that you want a refund of the package you purchased and whether you want your Services Surplus balance refunded to your payment method after the Usage Time is refunded. Note that there is a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds.
