i received an e-mail titled: "Sierra Chart Account Support Ticket 1749171784382157104 - Account Usage Time Update" from "Sierra Chart Support"

i was concerned that it may be phishing/virus and wanted to check with you before i clicked the attached link (as i have not put in a support request ticket request)

Did you send this and why?

This is a legitimate email from Sierra Chart and is an email indicating, that there has been a change in your usage time ending date. Most likely a renewal of usage time.
