Hello, we are a german company using Sierra Chart. Therefore we are subject to german invoice requirements. One absolute mandatory requirement is that the Supplier's full name and address is shown on the invoice. Unfortunately this is not the case with the invoices you provide. A second point is the Description on your invoice which is quite vague which is problematic. It would be quite helpful if the actual description of the services is included. We would need Supplier's full name and address on the invoice at least. Can you provide this please? Thank you |
