i have service package 12 and am subscribed to the denali exchage data feed and the cboe global indexes data feed. under find symbol, when i select one of the cboe indexes on the main list (spx_cgi, oex_cgi, vix_cgi, etc.) the data loads and is displayed on the chart. however, when i select "get all cboe global indexes symbols" and then select rut_cgi (russell 2000 index), the data apparently loads and the "historical intraday data download complete" message appears but the chart remains completely blank. please advise how to fix this problem. thanks. |

The data for this symbol is definitively not available. Even though you may see the symbol.

The CBOE security definition feed provides all of the symbols. So they are all listed but it does not mean the data is is accessible for the listed symbols.
