Not from the built-in studies.

You can do this from a custom study. Refer to the following:

Where can I find the source code for 'Color Bar Based On Alert Condition' study?

I only found 'Color Bar Based On Above/Belo'w in Studies.cpp and 'Color Bar Based On Slope' in Studies2.cpp.
