Can't download historical market depth for NQTV symbols

I'm trying to download historical market depth data for stocks with the "-NQTV" suffix, but I keep receiving the error message shown in the screenshot below. The error says: "Historical depth data download failed. Error downloading historical market depth data for BDRX-nqtv. The type of error was unspecified." I've followed all the instructions under "Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data" on this page Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Are there any other ways to fix this issue? |
