This does not make sense. Sierra Chart has no software development kit. It has an advanced custom study interface and language which is documented here: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL) They can directly read and write to the database from a custom study function. That does not require anything special. They just use the C++ language and the Windows API.
