Hello,

I tried to place a live order and got this error:

"Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Cannot route the order at this time. Internal Oder ID: xxxx. Service Order ID: xxxxxx. Symbol F.US.EPM25. Account: xxxx"

Not sure what's going on.

We see you are trading CME group futures and you really should move to Teton order routing as compared to CQG. There is no reason at all to be using CQG. With CQG you are getting a substandard service by comparison to Teton order routing and paying for order routing as compared to Teton which is free. Refer to:
