Dear Sierra Chart Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for your powerful and feature-rich trading platform. It has been an excellent tool for my trading activities.

However, I have recently encountered an issue where the trade information shown in the Trade Activity Log does not correspond to my actual trading activity. Some of the entries in the log do not reflect the true sequence and intent of my trades. Please refer to the attached screenshot for your reference.

Here is a breakdown of the trades I actually executed during the session:

I opened a long position of 4 contracts.
I then closed 2 contracts to take partial profit.
After that, I bought 1 additional contract, bringing my position back to 3 contracts.
Finally, I closed the remaining 3 contracts.

However, the trade records within Sierra Chart do not align with this sequence. The displayed order types and statuses are inconsistent with my actual actions. This discrepancy has had a significant impact on my trading performance, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some clarity on this matter.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Kind regards,

Jenny

Is that screenshot from the Trade Activity Log or the Trade Orders Window? It looks like the Trade Orders Window to us.

In relation to this:
I opened a long position of 4 contracts.
I then closed 2 contracts to take partial profit.
After that, I bought 1 additional contract, bringing my position back to 3 contracts.
Finally, I closed the remaining 3 contracts.

What matters, are the order fills. Go to the Trade Activity Log and examine the order fills:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Make sure you set the Trade Activity Type to "Fills"
