Make sure you are running a current version of Sierra Chart and reduce the heartbeat interval to 20 seconds when logging in with your DTC client. Whenever a DTC Client connects you will we see a message like "Requested heartbeat interval: " If you still have a problem we will have to examine the issue more closely.
