Daily interest AMOUNT in what unit? The amount depends on the size of the position, I guess. You mean rate? Thanks to clarify.

We are not sure about the answer to this question. The server provider has to use this field in a way which is appropriate for the particular trading service being implemented.

It is used with currency trading services like FXCM and it is in the quote currency of the symbol that it is for, but I am not sure of the particular units. It might be per standard lot size which would be the number of currency units for a single "lot" being traded. For example trading 10,000 of EURUSD which could be considered a single lot.
