I was wondering, how does SC handles fictious data from a service in demo mode. If it is same symbol and exchange, does SC differentiates the data and stores it into different .scid files? How does this work?

There is no differentiation for market data.

Ok, so, if I use this setting and feed completely different data to SC for the same symbol, it is a real problem, right? What I should do then, is to treat symbols at BitMEX testnet and BitMEX mainnet as different symbols. Is it correct?

Yes it is a problem. We would recommend using different symbols.
