I know we can change the number of periods for the Initial Balance, but aren't we also able to specify when we want the IB to begin? I was thinking it was as simple as selecting the appropriate TPO...

You could always add the Study Subgraphs Difference and select Bid and Ask as the Input Studies. If you have a Spreadsheet Study, the results should show up there.
