Is this a 3rd party chartbook? The symbols are not valid. Right click > Chart Settings and change the symbol to ESU4, then hit Apply and OK. If you are still having issues please email me directly: pz@infinityfutures.com and we'll get you squared away.

Click on the chart and type /ESU4 and push enter.

ESU4-CME is not a valid TransAct symbol.

You need to change the symbols of the charts to ESU4
