Unable to move heat map horizontally. Is there any fix?

As the title says I am unable to move the heat map horizontally. The hand tool moves the time axis horizontally but there is this bar that cuts off the candle sticks that I cannot shift to left or right leaving a large gray area when zooming into the more granular price action. I have looked around for a while and found nothing to resolve. It seems like it should be a simple fix. However, I have tweaked a variety of settings with no success.
