All of my packages are current until the end of the month. I have logged in to my Teton account for my Denali Data. My quoteboard shows 0 and price has not moved at all for 30 minutes.

I have spoken with Stage 5. They have said nothing has changed and have referred me back to SC. I can see in the About section on that it says CME (Trading Account Required). I have logged into to Teton (aka Stage 5) and have loaded a chart.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

When I open a new chartbook for 1 symbol and choose disconnect and then reconnect. Nothing pops up in the Message log. It's still blank from when I cleared it.

However, the chart is not updating.

I only have SC running on this desktop. As I going through the help links you provided, I did see something suggesting new instance. So I tried that, but have closed that out before sending you these logs. This is the only place I have Sierra Open. In fact, I even restarted this desktop a moment ago. This is the only place I have it open.
