Charts not automatically connecting to data feed when Sierra is launched

I recently performed a fresh install of Sierra on a new SSD and then logged into the account. I had copied over all the data files and chart files and placed them in the proper data folder. However, now when I open Sierra, my ES charts only show data as current as the time I last logged out. For example, this morning (Wed) I opened Sierra and all my charts only showed data through the close of Friday.

I looked in the general settings and found the "reconnect" setting which is currently toggled to "No". I've attached the screen shot of this section.

Do I just need to toggle this setting to "Yes" to fix the problem? Currently, if I go into 1 chart and reselect the current ES contract, all the charts refresh properly but I should not have to do this every time I launch Sierra (and never had to in my old installation). Thanks.

None of the settings on the page you have shown have any impact on this. You do not need to change any of those.

What is your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service set to?

When you open Sierra Chart and open your Chartbooks, if you have the Status Bar showing in one of your control bars (typically green, but could be red with letters and numbers showing things like "DF:xxxx ST:x, x BR:xxx.xx") then let us know if this is green or red.

It's strange but after closing Sierra this afternoon and just reopening the app to respond to this note, the charts seemed to load properly.

But, in answer to your questions:
1. Current Selected Service: SC Data - All Services (data)

I wonder if this should be set to something else since I signed up with EdgeClear when SC phased out Infinity support?

2. The bar at the top is Green currently

Thanks for the help

If you are trading with EdgeClear now, then most likely you are setup with the Teton Order Routing service. If this is the case then you need to finish setting up the Teton Order Routing Service. Follow the instructions at the following link starting with step #6:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions

If you are using a different order routing service, let us know and we will point you to the proper instructions.

Hopefully the connection issue was just a temporary Internet thing, but let us know if you continue to have issues.
