Hi, I have a subscription that is supposed to allow 3 System connected simultaneously.
But I am trying to connect my third computer, and a message saying that there is already 3 systems connected. How can I cancel or reset all the connections, to see if that is the problem that I can not connect 3 systems.

There are two different rules, one for the Sierra Chart software and one for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

For the Sierra Chart software, you are allowed to have the software running simultaneously on up to 3 computers at the same time. You can view the number of computers being used concurrently on the Account Control Panel on our website. The item that leads with "Allowed Systems" shows how many you have being used and how many you have available. Right now, when we are looking at this for your account it is showing 1 out of total 3 systems being used.

For the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can only connect two computers simultaneously, and to do this, you have to pay a second exchange fee. We see that you are setup for the 2 exchange fees, so you can get the data to 2 computers at the same time, but you can not do a third - that is not allowed by the exchanges.

Given what you have stated, and the above information, it sounds like the limitation you are hitting is related to the data feed. You simply can not get data to three different computers at the same time.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
