just trying to pull up an intraday ES chart. but it is blank. not sure if its data feed or something else using ESH23-CME ?during the trial is this data real time ?if it is not, and i want to use DOM, footprint, real time data - which data feed should i subscribe to thank you |

Your trial account was a Standard Trial, in which case you are limited to only a few symbols that you can use. We have set your account to be an "Activated Trial" now, so you have access to all the symbols. During the trial, and with any Sierra Chart package, you have access to real-time data for FOREX and CFDs. You also have access to our Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, and NASDAQ TotalView exchanges. The delayed streaming data acts, in all ways, the same as real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). We highly recommend using this data during the trial as it is available at no cost. If you want real-time data for the CME Group, then you need to have a connected trading account, get setup with a standard package, and then pay for the exchange fees.
