Hi

Hope you are doing well. I currently have a base5 package and the live feed data package as an additional service for the US equities.

I also need the live data for the FOREX market. Could you please help me with that ?

Please help me get the subscription.

You have access to the FOREX data from FXCM without having to do, or pay, for anything. This is included with all Sierra Chart packages.

- Select File >> Find Symbol
- Open the section near the top for FOREX - FXCM.
- Select the currency pair you want.
- Select the button for "Open Intraday Chart" or "Open Historical Chart" depending on what you want.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hi

I dont think I do, I dont get live (Real time data). I want live Real time data not delayed data.

If you are opening the section for FOREX - FXCM then you will get real-time data.

There is a section on the Find Symbol page for MorningStar Forex. These will be delayed data. We recommend using the FXCM data unless you need some of the pairs that are only available in the MorningStar data.

If you need the MorningStar data, then refer to the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the following link:

And when you get to it - you would activate the FOREX Spot/Cash exchange.

Hi

Its really surprising, I was using the forex data in the morning and it was working fine. Then I closed my application and relaunched again, since then its not working. The GBPUSD data is showing 6 hours delayed (showing data from 11am), GBPJPY is showing last data at 14:30pm. I thought it could be because I dont have the subscription. But it seems like there is some other issue

So please help, I dont know what the issue is.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Can anyone recommend any group of forex brokers that work with United States Citizens and use Sierra as its platform. I just tried signing up with FXCM, but they do not take US residents. How can I trade forex with a data feed and trade window if FXCM is the only one with a feed. My futures broker does not have forex as a market so how can I use Sierra to trade that? I am wondering if anyone can help me establish a working Forex account on Sierra Chart. Please advise. Thanks
