Can you help me out, I am trying to figure count how I can put on a trailing buy/sell stop order. I know I can add a regular trailing stop to my order, but I also exit and enter trades based on sell/buy stops and wondering if it can be set to trailing based on last price?

We are not sure exactly what you want to do in terms of the Last Price, but look at the Triggered Trailing Stop order type here:
Order Types: Triggered Trailing Stop

And also look at the Trade Management by Study information here:

For example, I want to send a trailing stop buy/sell by last price without having a position on. I know I can sent when I have a position on, but I want to send a order without. having a position on.

Example, Market is falling, and I want to send a buy stop order that trails last price by 4 ticks (example)...so when market turns, it fills by buy order (4 ticks higher). Is that possible?

Yes of course. Just use a trailing stop order:
Order Types: Trailing Stop

You have to submit this directly through the Trade Window.

What do you mean by Trade Window, I am trying to do this on the DOM or Chart is required? Is that possible, to do a 1 click entry on the DOM or chart?

No it is not possible. You need to enter the order through the trade window interface:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Entering an Order from the Trade Window

Actually, you could add this order type command to the Chart Trade Menu:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Trade Menu (Global Settings menu)

Would it be possible to have that type of order to be create to be part of Sierra? Where it can be entered directly from chart and what not? Please let me know what you guys think as I think it would be utilized a lot by many if made available.

So you want to be able to submit a trailing stop order, by right clicking on the chart and selecting it from the displayed menu?

We probably could also even do this through the chart DOM. What would be better?

Yes, that would be great. I love that when I right click on the DOM, it sets a buy/sell stop. I just think if I can do something of the same that has a trail set to it....I would be able to get the better entries vs moving it manually when trying to get into the turn.

I trade off of the DOM as in manage entire trade....so if its possible to do it on the DOM....even better.
